Refund Policy

General rule

An E-pin is digital content delivered at the moment of sale. Under the Turkish Consumer Protection Law (No. 6502) and the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to intangible goods performed instantly in electronic form. Therefore:

• Redeemed E-pins (converted into Cash) are not refunded.
• Cash and Coins cannot be converted to money and cannot be refunded.
• Items bought with Cash in the Power Up Store are not refunded outside the in-game rules.

When a refund is possible

Open a support ticket with your proof of purchase in the following cases:

1. The code was never delivered although the payment completed.
2. The code is invalid because of an error on our side (not generated in our records, or faulty).
3. You were charged twice for the same transaction.

Requests are reviewed within 14 days. Approved refunds are made through the outlet's payment method; timing depends on the outlet and your bank.

Redeemed on the wrong account

An E-pin is bound to the account it was redeemed on. Codes redeemed on the wrong account cannot be moved or refunded; check you are on the right account before entering the code.

Chargebacks

If a payment is cancelled through an unjustified bank dispute, the related code is cancelled and the loaded Cash is deducted; repeated cases may lead to account closure.
