E-pin Terms of Service

These terms govern the sale, delivery and use of WOMKO E-pin codes; they apply together with the "E-pin user agreement".

Sale and delivery

• E-pins are sold through authorized outlets. Once payment is completed at the outlet, the code is shown to the buyer or sent by email; delivery is deemed complete at that moment.
• The Cash value of a code is stated at the time of sale. Campaigns and discounts are limited to the outlet's announcement.
• Prices are shown inclusive of taxes; any additional processing fees of the outlet are subject to its own terms.

Validity

• E-pins have no expiry date; they remain valid unless cancelled.
• Codes obtained through rule violations, fraudulent payment or chargebacks are cancelled; Cash loaded with a cancelled code is deducted from the account.

Prohibitions

• Unauthorized resale, public sharing and use of E-pin codes as giveaway prizes are forbidden.
• Attempts to generate, guess or automatically test codes lead to account closure and legal action.

Problems

If a code you have not used reports "already used", or a purchased code is missing or faulty, open a support ticket with your proof of purchase. Tickets are handled in order; the result is communicated by email and in the in-game support screen.

Changes

Terms are updated on this page. The terms in force at the time of purchase apply to that sale.
