Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the www.worldofmobileko.com website and the WOMKO mobile game (the "Service") provided by ISTIRAP GAMES ("we"). By creating an account or playing the game you accept them.

1. Account

• Accounts are created only on this site; you must be at least 13 years old.
• Your account name and password are personal. Never share your password; staff will never ask for it.
• You are responsible for everything done with your account. If you notice suspicious access, change your password and open a support ticket.
• Selling, renting or trading accounts is forbidden; detected accounts are closed.

2. Prohibited conduct

• Cheats, bots, macros, packet editing, third-party programs and modified clients.
• Exploiting bugs (report them through a support ticket instead).
• Profanity, insults, racism, harassment, scams and advertising.
• Attempting to obtain other players' account details.
• Buying or selling in-game items or Cash for real money.

Violations may lead to a warning, a temporary or a permanent ban; the duration and reason are recorded.

3. Virtual goods

• Cash (KC) and Coins are in-game virtual values; they have no real-money value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred.
• Cash is loaded only with E-pins. E-pin rules are set out in the "E-pin user agreement" and "E-pin terms of service".
• Under no circumstances does the site grant, alter or restore in-game items, Cash or Coins.

4. Availability

The Service may be paused for maintenance, updates and technical reasons. Server settings, game balance and content may change with prior notice or, when necessary, without it. Permanent termination is announced at least 30 days in advance.

5. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of virtual values.

6. Intellectual property

The game, the site, images, texts and software belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

7. Changes

Terms are updated on this page; significant changes are announced. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the new terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Courts and enforcement offices at the seat of ISTIRAP GAMES have jurisdiction; consumers keep their statutory rights.
