E-pin User Agreement

This agreement sets the rules for using WOMKO E-pin codes ("E-pins"). By redeeming an E-pin in the game you accept it.

What an E-pin is

An E-pin is a single-use, 20-character code that loads in-game Cash (KC). It is entered in the game under Power Up Store → Recharge; the corresponding Cash is added to your account instantly.

Rules

• Each E-pin is used once; it cannot be redeemed again or moved to another account.
• E-pins load Cash only; they grant no Coins, items or other value. Cash cannot be converted to money.
• The code is bound to the account it was redeemed on. Codes redeemed on the wrong account cannot be reversed; make sure you are logged in to the right account first.
• Never share your code. Staff will never ask for an E-pin code in chat or by email.
• If you obtain codes from third parties, their origin, validity and prior use are not our responsibility. Buy only from authorized outlets.

Invalid codes and attempt limit

There is a per-account limit for invalid entries; after 10 failed attempts within 24 hours further attempts are temporarily blocked. If you are sure your code is valid, open a support ticket and quote only its first 4 characters, never the full code.

Liability

E-pins are valid only inside WOMKO. No refund is made if the Service ends, if the account is closed for rule violations, or if the code is lost or stolen. Refund conditions are described on the "Refund policy" page.
