Cash and E-pins

What Cash is

Cash (KC) is the balance used in the in-game Power Up Store: premium, costumes, boxes and similar products are bought with Cash. Cash is loaded only with E-pins; there is no card payment on the site or in the game.

How it differs from Coins

Coins are in-game gold, earned from monsters, quests and trading between players, and spent at NPC shops and warp gates. Coins and Cash cannot be converted into each other.

How to redeem an E-pin

1. Open the Power Up Store in the game.
2. Switch to the Recharge tab.
3. Enter the 20-character E-pin code (case does not matter, dashes can be skipped).
4. Cash is added to your account instantly; the transaction appears in your account.

Codes are single-use and bound to the account they were redeemed on. After 10 failed attempts within 24 hours a short cooldown applies.

Where to buy E-pins

Buy E-pins only from authorized outlets; the current list is announced on this page. Codes obtained from third parties are not guaranteed to be valid.

Security

• Staff never ask for E-pin codes or passwords in chat, by email or on social media.
• Links promising "free Cash" or "Cash hacks" are scams; you will lose your account.
• Do not share your code in screenshots; the first 4 characters are enough for a support ticket.
